Md. Jubayer Hossain is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of DeepBio Limited and the Founder and Executive Director of CHIRAL Bangladesh. He earned his Master of Science (2020) and Bachelor of Science (2019) degrees in Microbiology from Jagannath University. As an educator, he serves as the Lead Instructor and Organizer at the Training Unit of CHIRAL and DeepBio Limited. He is also an Instructor for the Data Science for Biologists and Biomedical Machine Learning with Python programs at cBLAST, University of Dhaka, and the Program Lead for the GSA Bioinformatics Internship—a collaborative initiative organized by the Global Network of Bangladeshi Biotechnologists (GNOBB), ASI School of Life, and the Society for the Popularization of Science, Bangladesh (SPSB). In addition, he teaches the course AI for Public Health (a 2 credit-hour micro-credential program) at Daffodil International University. His research focuses on applying artificial intelligence (AI) to health data—including multi-omics datasets (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics) and neuroimaging—to identify clinically actionable biomarkers and develop predictive models for the early diagnosis and treatment of neurological disorders and cancer. He is also deeply interested in the visualization of complex biological data and models to enhance interpretation and facilitate clinical application.
